Prices are in US dollars. There is no checkout on this site. We agree the scope with you, then send an invoice through Stripe which you pay by bank transfer or card. Nothing renews automatically and we never hold your card.

Your advertising budget is separate. These fees cover our work only. The money spent on the ads themselves is paid by you directly to Meta from your own ad account, and never passes through Luxore.
Tax. Clients outside the European Union are invoiced without VAT. EU business clients are invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism. Clients in Greece are charged Greek VAT at 24%.
Both services run month to month with no minimum term. Billing and cancellation terms are set out below.

We agree the scope of work with you first, then invoice you through Stripe. There is no checkout on this website, no stored card and no automatic renewal. Ongoing work is invoiced monthly; one-off work is invoiced per project. Invoices are due within 7 days unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Either side can end the engagement by email to info@luxore-media.com. Work continues to the end of the period already invoiced, and we simply do not issue the next invoice. There is no minimum term, no notice period and no cancellation fee.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of being agreed.

Advertising results depend on your product, market, pricing, margins and budget, and on Meta's platform, none of which we control. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, sales, revenue or return on ad spend, and no such guarantee is given anywhere on this website or in our marketing.
